We recommend handwashing our sets with lukewarm water. Never use a washing machine for washing your lingerie since it is likely that a machine will harm the product and damage the integrity of our delicate fabrics.

Allow the sets to air dry for best results, so do not use a drying machine.

We ship to all countries in Europe. After your order is placed it will be shipped on the next working day.

All our shipments are packaged discreetly and will be send as a regular parcel with track&trace. Your track and trace link will be e-mailed to you automatically after shipping.

For all orders above €65,- we offer free shipping (to every county in Europe). And for all orders below €65,- your shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

When you have placed an order for one or more subscription boxes the process is as followed:

Step 1: You've ordered your subscription box and started your lingerie journey with us. Welcome and thank you! The day of your order will be your first payment.

Step 2: Your box will be shipped out in the first week of the following month.

Step 3: Depending on your location/country your box will hopefully arrive within the first 1 or 2 weeks of the month

Step 4: Your following payment will take place on the 25th of the month and every 25th after that.

Step 5: Following these payments your new box(es) will be shipped aprox one week after the 25th so that they will again be with you within the first 1 or 2 weeks of the month.

EXAMPLE:
You order your box on the 20th of month A, your first payment will be ont the 20th of mont A. We will ship your order in the first week of month B and it will be with you in the first one or two weeks of month B. Your second payment will automatically be on the 25th of month B and we will ship this order in the first week of month C and it will be with you in the first one or two weeks of month C. And so on.

So your payment is always one or two week (depending on your location) upfront of receiving our box.

All boxes of our members will be shipped on the same day. So every one of you beautiful souls will receive their box together.
