Exchange & Return
Exchange policy
We understand that sometimes your new items might not fit quite as you’d hoped. No worries! You can exchange them for a different size (if available). You can return the items to us at your own expense, and we’ll send the new size to you for free! Just make sure to let us know within 14 days that you’d like to make an exchange.
How to Exchange Your Items:
- Need sizing advice? Feel free to email us at info@anothrlingerie.com for guidance on the best size for your exchange.
- Register your exchange email us at info@anothrlingerie.com with your order number and what items need to be returned and for what reason. Also let us know if you would like either; 1. Another product or 2. store credit or 3. a refund. We will create a payment link for a return label for you.
- Pack your items carefully. Ensure the items are unworn, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, we may refuse items if these conditions aren’t met. Include a note with your name and order number—without this, we won’t know who the return is from. If the item includes a hygiene label, it must still be attached for the return to be accepted.
- Ship your package. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the post office within 7 days of receiving the label.
Once we receive your exchange at our warehouse, we’ll send out your new items within a few business days—free of charge!
Note: We’ll reserve your exchanged items for 28 days. If we don’t receive your return within that period, the items may no longer be eligible for exchange, and you’ll receive store credit instead.
Returning Items After an Exchange:
If you decide to return your items after exchanging them, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the new items. Please note that only the exchanged items can be returned at this point. The return period for other items in your order is not extended. (If it’s a set, you can still return the entire set, of course.)
Returns
You can return our products within 14 days of receiving your package. The items must be in their original condition. Please try on underwear over your own to ensure hygiene—returns may be refused if this isn’t done. Returns must be registered within 14 days of receipt, with the delivery day counting as day 1. After 14 days, we can no longer accept returns.

We’ll credit your account within 14 days of receiving the return in our warehouse.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product:
Please email us at info@anothrlingerie.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and a photo of the damage if applicable.
Return Costs:
- Netherlands: DHL normal package €6.45
- Other countries: get a quote trough our email.
Please note that you cannot return the order on your own initiative.
Return Conditions:

Hygiene matters: Worn items cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons. If items are worn, we’ll either return them to you at your expense or discard them. Items must have all original tags, labels, and packaging. If the original packaging is missing, there will be a €3.50 charge per item. Removed tags or labels mean we can’t accept the return. Hygiene linings must remain intact for exchanges or refunds. If items smell of smoke, sweat, or are covered in hair, we’ll deduct 30% from the refund.

Refunds: We’ll refund the full cost of your items minus return shipping costs. Our warehouse team will check the condition of your items and process refunds according to our return policy.

Send your return items within 7 days of registering the return. If we don’t receive your return within 4 weeks of registration, it will no longer be accepted. Any returns received after this period will either be sent back to you or you will receive store credit. The original purchase amount will not be refunded.

Sale prices are only valid during the sale period. We cannot credit or refund any price differences for items purchased outside of that sale period.

Gifts with purchase: If you received a free gift with your order because your purchase exceeded a certain amount, and returning items drops your order total below that threshold, or if you return the entire order, you must also return the gift. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
